Kali has been managing my 3 unit income property in Glendale CA for the past 6 years, even prior to me owning it. I purchased the property in February 2018 and with that there was a tremendous amount of work to be done and tenants that needed close oversight. Kali was wonderful! She went beyond the call of duty. I live in Northern California, so having someone there that you trust is essential!

Her management style is communication, commitment to appointments, a soft but strong communication with tenants and current on all real estate/tenant government laws and upcoming ordinance that may affect the landowners. Being I am in Northern CA - Kali sends pictures as things develop or simply assuring me that all is well. I am a real estate in San Francisco and have been for 41 years - I am very knowledgeable on good real estate agents and REALLY good ones - Kali is in the really good category!

With Kali's help I was able to finish all the repair and renovation within 6 months and now my property is fully rented - with happy tenants. Couldn't have done it without her! 

I am writing this letter in response to my incredible experience with Kali regarding my rental and move in. From our initial meeting and showing, to move in and even now with some finishing touches being completed, her professionalism and kindness have exceeded my expectations of a Property Manager or Leasing Agent’s responsibilities.

I can understand the difficulties and expected complications that can arise whilst renovating a building. Kali has made the entire process as easy as possible for me. She has the perfect combination of people skills, communication, courtesy and tact.

Kali has taken time out of her schedule to go above and beyond her duties to make sure that the other tenants and I have our units in complete order. Kali took the time to work with the contractor and me directly to make sure there was always seamless, friendly communication.

I know that the other tenants here are all in agreement, we simply can’t rave enough about how much Kali truly cares about us. We just can’t thank her enough for making us feel that we matter during this process.

Kali is a true asset, and I am thrilled to have the pleasure of knowing her!

My experience with Progressive Property management has been through Kali Lamarine. As a property manager and leasing agent she is knowledgeable, available, quick to respond, and thorough in her response and follow through. Kali was extremely helpful with my move in! She walked me through every step of the process and was very responsive every time I contacted her. My unit was finishing up construction as I was moving in and she really stayed on top of making sure everything was completed in a timely manner. She also kept me informed during the whole process so that I always knew what to expect. Having dealt with inadequate property management in the past I was relieved that Kali also manages the property I moved into and that she upheld the same level of service after move in that she had during the leasing process.

Very Prompt on fixing a leak in my bathroom and replacing of my kitchen sink faucet which my previous management company never took care of for several months. Kali is courteous and polite. 

Kali and her team are amazing!!! They're always very responsive and have great follow through with anything that comes up. Whether it's for maintenance calls/repairs, or concerns we may have, they always take care of our requests promptly. Spectacular customer service!

I have lived in one of the LA Lux properties since 2021 and could not be more happy. They go out of their way to ensure everyone is comfortable in their dwellings and respond to concerns promptly. Kali and Kiersten are very communicative and fair.
