Kali has been working in the real estate industry for 10+ years and has been managing portfolios with single family homes renting upwards of $50k/per month + multi-family properties up to 30 units. Clear communication, follow-up & 5 star customer service are pivotal in the successful management of properties for investors, owners + tenants. Kali's ability to manage expectations, build positive relationships with tenants & manage difficult situations with her firm but fair conflict resolution skills has lead to increased profits & protection of assets for owners + investors, as well as keeping tenants happy. Kali's celebrity & athlete clients have entrusted Kali to be discreet & accommodating to hectic schedules and working with many moving parts when it comes to managing their properties, such as working with business managers, financial managers & assistants. Your properties are your biggest assets & she's dedicated to providing the highest level of service possible. Kali has helped her investors build & renovate properties all throughout LA while staying on budget & making design + construction decisions that will yield the highest possible profit. Kali is originally from New England & loves to travel. She spends a lot of time watching her son, Cole, on the soccer field + chasing around her golden retrievers, Bailey + Bino. Kali also volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster youth with CASA of Los Angeles.

Kay is extremely organized and SO good with our clients. She's personable and passionate about her work and is always striving to exceed expectations. She's a roll your sleeves up, go getter, that's always willing to jump in and help with any obstacles or projects that we take on. Her positive attitude creates such a great work environment for our whole team and she's the backbone for our company culture. Kay is married to Jarrel on our team and shares 2 beautiful children with him, Ava + Oliver. She loves to cook + bake and caring for their german shepherds Chloe + Logan.
Gina Beaudoin
Office Assistant
Gina has been working in the real estate industry for 4+ years. Her attention to detail & organization skills keep us in compliance & allow us to manage properties proficiently. Whether on the phone, by email, or in person, she is always so pleasant to be around & our clients love her! When she's not working, she loves spending time with & caring for animals as a dog groomer. She's passionate about supporting causes that work to bring positive change and awareness to indigenous people.
Claudia Sanabria
Housekeeping
Claudia has been cleaning properties for over 7 years. Whether conducting move out cleanings or cleaning of common areas in apartment buildings, she is always so meticulous and provides great flexibility for her clients. Many of our tenants elect to have her do regular cleanings of their units which contribute to minimizing wear + tear and protecting assets. She's extremely reliable, professional and takes great pride in her work. Claudia is originally from El Salvador and is grateful for having the opportunity to build a better future for herself. When she’s not working she loves to hike, spend time with her grandchildren and baking.

Jarrel has a creative eye that allows him to show off our properties in their best light. He manages to accent and highlight our properties best features and really create a story of what living at our properties would be like for our potential renters. His photography + videography allow us to get the most clicks and leads which result in quick leasing to keep a positive cash flow for our investors + owners. He's dedicated to his craft and is always striving to push the creative limit and innovate new ways to show our properties and separate us from the rest of the market. Jarrel is married to Kay on our team and enjoys hiking and spending time with his kids, Ava & Oliver + his 2 german shepherds, Chloe & Logan.
